Krishna Cabs provides a platform for booking cab services to visit temples in Mathura and Vrindavan. We act as a facilitator between customers and cab service providers.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website or WhatsApp and Facebook only.
• Payment can be made online or Cash  payment methods.
• Minimum 25 percent payment is required at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings based on availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
• Specific cancellation policies will be displayed at the time of booking.

5. Pricing

• Prices for cab services are subject to change without notice.
• The final price will be displayed at the time of booking and includes all applicable taxes.
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or toll charges.

6. Driver and Vehicle

• We strive to provide experienced and reliable drivers.
• We cannot guarantee the specific make or model of the vehicle.
• Customers are responsible for their own safety and belongings while in the vehicle.

7. Liability

• Krishna Cabs is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by the driver, vehicle, or third parties.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.

8. Customer Information

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• We may collect and store personal information for the purpose of providing our services.
• We will protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Compensation

You agree to Compensation and hold Krishna Cabs harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
